Regulatory Status

How is TG positioned in France and Denmark?

In France TG is regarded as a processing aid and approved in heated fish products, meat, bakery and dairy products. Authorization of enzymes in Denmark is different to the French system. TG has not been assessed by the authority for use in Denmark.
